In the realm of e-commerce, managing products efficiently is crucial for any online store's success. With Cornerrr's intuitive admin panel, adding new products becomes a seamless process. Let's delve into the step-by-step guide on how to create products in the Cornerrr admin panel for your online store.
1. Navigate to Products
Firstly, log in to your admin panel and locate the 'Products' section. This is usually found in the main dashboard menu.
2. Click on 'Create New' Button
Once you're in the Products section, look for the 'Create New' button and click on it to begin adding a new product to your store.
3. Enter Product Details
Click on the `Product details` Option:
Product Name: Provide a name for your product.
Slug: This is the product name displayed in the URL, aiding search engine optimization.
Categories: Select relevant categories for your product. You can create new categories if needed.
Price: Enter the price of the product in the configured currency.
Discounted Price: Optionally, set a discounted price for the product.
Enable Subscription: If the product is a subscription, enable this and set the interval.
Description: Enter a detailed description of the product, including rich text formatting.
Related Products: Choose related products to display on the product page.
4. Click on the Product Table Tab
All the options in the group are optional. If you need to add additional details such as materials, dimensions, etc., navigate to the Product Table tab. Here, you can input various attributes that will be displayed in a structured table format on the product page.
5. Go to Product Media Tab
Upload images for your product. You can add up to 10 images, with the option to choose from existing ones or upload new ones. Don't forget to add alt text for each image for accessibility and SEO purposes.
Click the add icon.
To upload image click Upload New Media then in the new tab select the image and add alt description of image.
6. Navigate to Inventory Tab
If you want to manage inventory, click on the Inventory tab. Here, you can enable inventory tracking, set SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), and specify the quantity available. The inventory will automatically decrease with each purchase.
The options only show when inventory is enable.
7. Visit Paywall Content Tab
For digital products or special instructions post-purchase, utilize the Paywall Content tab. This section allows you to set content that customers will only see after making a purchase. Input any necessary information using rich text formatting.
This option can be left unchecked when the product is physical, like a book.
8. Explore SEO Tab (Optional)
In the SEO tab, you can further optimize your product for search engines by entering a custom product title, description, and meta image. While these fields are automatically populated from product data, you can edit them to suit your SEO strategy.
By following these simple steps, you can efficiently create and manage products in your online store's admin panel, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for your customers.
8. Click the Publish Changes Button
After ensuring all necessary details are filled in, click on the "Publish Changes" button to make your product live on your online store.
